Hi all....animal control staff has been working with this girl as she was even more terrified when she came in than she is now....I am sure they will be happy to work with any rescue who would like to coordinate trying to pull her out.  This shelter stays loaded with animals as many do.   Having been around this girl, I can say she NEEDS to go to a rescue, not be adopted by someone off of the street who may not want to spend the time with her she needs......so therefore, I know it is hard to understand her not being put officially up for adoption when you don't see the situation first hand, but this girl doesn't need to go to a possibly impulsive adopter....she needs a rescue who understands the patience she will require.  She is an absolutely GORGEOUS German Shepherd and very sweet too, no signs of aggressive or even defensive behavior......please feel free to contact me directly if I can help to answer any questions about her or try to assist with pulling her...
