Heart wrenching, Bichon living under car in shopping center in Homestead, FL

Look at this disgusting product of human neglect. This poor little girl was living under this truck at a shopping center. She had been spotted for days but no one picked her up. Mirta picked her up last night and took her to the vet. She is about five years old. Has two cherry eyes and horrible ear infection........may be deaf at this point. Terrible skin, one eye has such dry eye that she is blind in the eye. Barely any teeth.  The pain and suffering this little girl has endured is just abominable.  Please help us take care of her..
